William is an IT professional with over 20 years’ experience applying technical solutions for more efficient business functions and infrastructure. Bill directs ArtSeed’s Remote Learning and Events Initiative. He grew up in upstate New York where he developed a passion for photography, taking courses at Cornell University’s College of Fine Arts.
